Not sure what the OC before Sinnertwin's meant to mean, but if it means Original Character - he's a canon charater. http://transformers.wikia.com/wiki/Sinnertwin_(G1)

you should check out merfilly's journal. She doesn't post to most of the TF comms because she doesn't write tf very often, but she does weekly/monthly round-ups, and clearly lables her fic.

Most of it's actually hosted on dreamwidth, though...
