If the fic goes up after the week's newsletter is posted, it is picked up by the next week's newsletter. That's what happened here. :)

Except it was updated Tuesday... *did the upload for TFanonkink herself and watched Dell put it up on AO3 and elsewhere the same day.*

Oversights happen, we understand this. Mmouse is wonderful for running these things in the first place. But we definitely had it up long before the deadline.

So, let me explain how this works from the fic editor's POV. We have a watchlist (http://cybertronwatch.livejournal.com/friends) that we all use to collect links. Since it's only watching comms, it doesn't see anything that's f-locked, and it doesn't see anything on comms we're not watching.

If you look at the watchlist's f-list, dellessa's post comes right after I put the Cybertronian up, so it will be picked up in the next week's issue. We don't have a watchlist for AO3, and we don't pick up anything from the kinkmeme. Aniay does that on a different newsletter, tfkinkweekly.

Does that make sense? It's not that we're not sympathetic, but we each use the post from the week before as a marker. If I include that link, it will get posted two weeks in a row because of how we work.
