Added in - I was assuming that general fic challenges went in the fic edition, though I can add them all in here too if preferred?

I usually did a reminder in the meta while telling the fic editors about it as well.

I try to remind about those challenges as much as possible, since we usually have a good turnout for springkink at least. I need to check kinkfest @ IJ to see if they're up and running.
