I fully admit it, I messed my time schedules up. I tried to get this issue ready while it was still Friday here in Germany, but it's now going on one in the morning and I can't keep my eyes open anymore.

So, consider this a marker post and a heartfelt apology. I'll have the thing finished and posted first thing in the morning after a bit of sleep.
