Yeah, I saw that comment - sorry about that. I don't list pairings at all for just that reason (I got jumped myself), I just list the characters separated by commas and then add 'slash' to the warnings to let people know there is a pairing. I also don't take people to the cut, I bring them in at the top of the entry so they can see the header themselves. Most authors are gracious enough to list the pairings as part of their character roster, so that works.
